Only official Sunset Campout crew, artists, production staff, lead volunteers or if you purchased an “Early Arrival Pass” are eligible to enter Belden and the Sunset Campout between Noon and Midnight Thursday, June 29th. Everyone in your vehicle must have approval to enter the site early. NO person will be allowed to enter Belden and the Sunset Campout prior to the official gate opening without an early arrival pass. You will be turned away without exception!

GENERAL PARKING ARRIVAL
General Parking is free for vehicles with 2 or more people. Due to limited space and to encourage carpooling there will be a $30 single occupancy charge for vehicles with only 1 person. Everyone will be able to drive on-site to Belden for check-in and drop off. Only 1 driver will move vehicle to off-site parking for shuttle back to Belden. – General parking is located 9.8 miles away in Twain, with a free courtesy shuttle to back to the Sunset Campout entrance. This will be a swift process where the Driver is checked in first while passengers unload the vehicle. Driver will then take vehicle to offsite parking while passengers check in for wristband and festival guide. EFFICIENT PACKING IS A MUST! Bring dollies, wagons, or similar to transport your belongings into the camping areas. There will be no shuttle stops in Belden Town or along the road to camping. Do not walk along Highway 70, it’s a busy, dangerous, and heavily patrolled highway.

MOTORCYCLES
If you are arriving by motorcycle, you may park in Twain and take the shuttle for no additional charge —OR— you may proceed directly to the Main Gate Entrance at Belden and pay $40 cash for on-site parking.

CAR PASS ARRIVAL
No car passes will be sold at Belden. You must have purchased a separate Car Pass in advance. If you purchased a pre-sale car pass, proceed directly to Belden for check-in. Driver and all passengers will check-in for wristband and guide. Driver must then follow directions for parking. Remember, purchase of a car pass does not guarantee car camping or parking directly in your campsite. Parking sites and camp sites are located in separate areas. There is no camping near the parking spaces along the road.

COURTESY SHUTTLE
The shuttle is for 1 driver per vehicle. All belongings will be dropped and picked up in the festival check-in area. The shuttle runs from general parking area to the festival site.

The Sunset Campout officially ends at 9am on Monday June 24th 2024. Please plan your departure accordingly. We ask that only official Sunset crew and volunteers remain to assist with our event clean up. Shuttle service begins at 9am Sunday morning. Once a shuttle is full of drivers it will depart for the general parking lot in Twain. Drivers will only be able to board the shuttle when their entire car load of people and belongings are staged in the festival check-in area. Drivers will bring their vehicle back to Belden for passenger and gear loading. This must also be a swift process. Please drive safely along the highways! Be courteous on the road and to those who live in the nearby towns. These areas are aware of our presence, and with your assistance and kindness, we can see this event and others like it return to this area year after year.
